Benzac w wash is normally used for treatment of mild acne. You have to store Benzac W wash at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture. Benzoyl peroxide is one of the major components of this medication. Other ingredients are purified water, sodium C14- 16 olefin sulfonate, carbomer 940 and citric acid. Before using this drug, you need to shake it well. It needs to be applied at the affected area once or two times daily. Before application, wash the affected area properly.
While applying Benzac W wash, make sure that it does not come in contact with eyes, lips, nostrils and mouth. If unintentional contact occurs, the affected area needs to be rinsed carefully with water. Before going for this drug, you need to convey all information regarding your current health ongoing medications to the doctor. While under the medication of Benzac W wash, you need to avoid prolonged sun exposure. It might impair the effectiveness of Benzac W wash. If unavoidable, use sunscreens and protective clothing while going outdoors. This medication is not suitable for pregnant women and nursing mothers. Do not go for this medication if you have allergy towards any of its ingredients. Benzac W wash should be kept away from children.
